Shipping and Returns Policies:
1- Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that I have received your order and your payment (PAYPAL, crédit card etc.) for the purchase.
I ship items internationally. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing. Once your payment has come through, the piece(s) will ship within 5 business days (except weekends) from the date of your order. I will send you tracking informations within 48h of your order. If you do not receive tracking information from me within 5 business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with me by email email@example.com.
If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos by email and I will send you the same piece or its equivalent.
4- Cancellations & Refunds:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. For this, please send me a refund request by email at least 48 hours after you have received the item(s). Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card/PAYPAL account that you use when placing your order. Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for a replacement. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to product stock availability.
You can return a product for up to 15 calendar days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Only items that have been purchased directly from the website, can be returned.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
